Day 1 : Highlights of Tunis
- Breakfast at the hotel
- Visit the old medina of Tunis and wander through its narrow streets
- Learn more about the old medina and Tunisia’s history with your guide
- Visit the Bardo Museum.
- Head to La Goulette for a local grilled fish lunch
- Explore the various components of the Carthage archaeological site and learn about Roman and Punic history in Tunisia
- Visit the beatiful coast village of Sidi Bousaid
- Return to your hotel, dinner, and overnight stay.

Day 2 : Dougga and Kairouan
- Breakfast at the hotel
Head to Dougga via the highway - Visit the Andalusian town of Testour, known for its unique clock that runs backward
- Continue to Dougga and explore its archaeological site : the best-preserved UNESCO World Heritage site in Tunisia.
- Midday Lunch at Hotel Thugga
- Head to Kairouan the holy City of Tunisia
- Arrival and walk through its old medina (a UNESCO site and filming location for Indiana Jones)
- Check-in at your hotel, dinner, and overnight stay

Day 3 : Kairouan and Tozeur

- Visit of the old Medina and the palm groove

Day 4 : Mountain Oases and the gate of the desert

- Head to the Chebika oasis and explore the mountain oases (Berber village, mountain hiking and waterfalls)

Explore the canyons of Mides - Midday lunch at a local restaurant
- Navigate through big rocky obstacles and sand dunes for an unforgettable experience at Ong Jemal, (Photo stop at the famous Star Wars site.)
- Head to Douz (the gate of the desert) across the biggest Salt Lake in north Africa (Chott Djerid)

Day 5 : Ksar Ghilane Oasis, Tatooine berber Villages and overnight at a 12th century cottage

- Visit of Douz local market
- Head to the Ksar Ghilane oasis (famous for its natural hot spring)
- Arrival and free time to swim in the hot spring with the opportunity for a camel or a quad ride in the sand dunes (additional activity)
- Midday lunch
- Departure towards Tatooine Berber town
- Visit of the local market, Chenini Berber village, Ksar Hadada and the mosque of the 7 sleepers
- Head to Beni Khadech and check-in at Ksar Jouamaa : a 12th century cottage nestled 550 meters above a mountain in the Dhaher region
- Settle into your Berber Ghorfa rooms
- Enjoy the historical site and admire the sunset
- Dinner and overnight stay

Day 6 : Djerba the island of dreams
- Breakfast at Ksar Jouamaa

- Visit of a Berber Family in their troglodyte Dwelling Home
